BRUCIE’S OLD FASHIONED
MINT TO BE
Classic dry gin paired with lime, mint and our house made cucumber syrup for the perfect icebreaker with our Ro-mint-tic take on the classic dry gin martini.
Pink, bubbly and flamboyant what more could you need! This vodka teaser features an aromatic combination of jasmine, vanilla and fresh berries, topped off with a splash of lemonade.
ROSE TINTED GLASSES
A vivacious twist on a classic. Where roses play the perfect matchmaker, balancing the bite of tequila with the elegant bubbles of champagne for a margarita with a difference.
Haymans Sloe Gin and Pampelle Ruby Apero, paired with lemon, strawberry and mint makes a refreshing cocktail, perfect way to pass the time.

Jose Cuervo tequila, peach, lime and Angostura bitters come together in an eerie black salted glass to kick start your night.
The tropical trio of mango, passionfruit and tequila are embellished by a black salt rim and finished off with our house dehydrated orange.
This sour delight is sure to have you licking your lips. Dry Gin, Apricot Brandy, lemon juice with a dash of angostura bitters. All topped off with our very own dehydrated lemon tucked into a bed of dreamy foam.

A smooth collaboration of Vodka, Amaretto, strawberries and fresh apple will surely put those temptations to rest. Served in a tall glass that will have you reaching for more.

Our delicate house infused Rose vodka, lavender, lemon, bitters; cranberry juice garnished with rosemary is the rose-olution to all of your worries.
A crisp and tropical take on a martini. White rum, Vermouth Bianco, lime, apple juice and fresh coconut water will surely lend you the eye of the tiger tonight.
I’D GUAVA HAVE YOU
For a guava good time. Gin, Pampelle Ruby Apero, lemon, guava, shaken on ice served in a coupe finished with a sprig of lavender will leave a guava wonderful sensation.
Our own twist on the classic southside. A bold pairing of the vibrant Ink Gin with mint and lemon will have you representing the East Side in no time.
JUST BEET IT
A cocktail that beets all competition. Whiskey, beetroot, lemon, ginger and rose infused syrup encircled by a glass rimmed in sweet beetroot powder. Will have you moon walking for more.
